The name
Agora: where people, ideas and culture meet.
The name historically refers to a central gathering place. For us, it is a shared space for filmmakers, creators, technicians, students, and industry professionals.
Alexandria
The lighthouse is inspired by the Lighthouse of Alexandria, connecting Agora to Egypt's cultural heritage.
The light
It symbolises guidance, vision, and progress, and the role of illumination in cinema.
